What's up everyone!! I apologize for my absence from this blog. I've just been really putting in some work on the oval and getting some things lined up for this 2013 season, which I must say is going to be a big season for me! I'd like to start off by saying that I am in the best shape I have ever been going into a season, so that is really exciting because I have so much more confidence going into a lot of my future competitions. My mileage has almost doubled, I am a lot stronger, and paying more attention to my nutrition, than I have in the past and the results I can see and feel when I hit the track to train. As you all know, I am training with the New Jersey*New York Track Club, so I've got some good training partners that have been pushing me over the course of the last five months. Everyone is coming along nicely and actually a few of my teammates have already competed this year, opening up in some strong showings in various events. Seeing all that and knowing my capabilities has made me anxious and excited and I can't wait to get out there and start doing what I love!! Also, my birthday is on the 6th of February! So check back soon, I may have a cool little birthday video or something. Who knows? I'm a random kinda guy. Well that's it for now, just thought I'd share a quick little update with everyone and let them what's going on en mi barrio!
